Well, I like DecoColor markers. They are about $2-$5 each, but they will write on anything. It’s a paint marker.

Can’t you use a regular graffiti marker and just hang some paper so it will drip properly? If you’re doing a project on paper and have some graffiti in it then use any marker and draw in the drips or try watercolor paper and drip the water where you want it before using the markers.
